Professional Pool Service
Pool automation installs and retrofits in Phoenix, AZ: Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy systems, scheduling, app control, sensor setup from Nevergreen Pools.
Nevergreen Pools installs pool automation & control in Phoenix, covering new Pentair IntelliCenter and EasyTouch systems, Hayward OmniLogic and OmniHub systems, and Jandy iAquaLink systems, plus retrofits onto older equipment pads, low-voltage and communication wiring, pH and ORP sensor setup, and app pairing and training so you actually know how to run it.
Call us if the app says the pump is running but the water in the pool is flat, if scheduled cycles for the pump, heater, or lights stop firing and you're back to flipping breakers by hand, if the control panel at the pad shows a fault code or won't respond to touch, if the heater won't hold or start on the schedule you set even though gas and power are fine, if the app's chlorine or pH reading doesn't match what a test strip shows, if valves or water features stopped answering commands from the app, or if an older single-speed pad has no way to schedule or control anything without walking out and flipping switches by hand.
We serve Phoenix in partnership with Beyond Pool Cleaning, a pool service company based nearby. Call to get a technician scheduled, or book your first visit online.

We start with a walk of the equipment pad, since what we install depends on what's already there. We check the pump, heater, and lighting for brand and compatibility, look at the existing electrical panel and conduit runs, and confirm whether the pad has any low-voltage wiring in place or if we're running it from scratch. Most pads built before automation was standard only have a timer and a few breakers, so a retrofit usually means adding conduit and pulling new wire to the pump, heater, valves, and lights rather than reusing anything that's there.
From there we install a control system sized to the equipment on the pad, Pentair IntelliCenter or EasyTouch, Hayward OmniLogic or OmniHub, or Jandy iAquaLink, matched to what's already installed or what we're installing alongside it. We mount the control panel, run communication wiring to each device on the pad, and wire in a pH and ORP sensor so the system can read water chemistry instead of guessing on a timer. Every relay gets tested individually before we call the job done, pump speeds, heater ignition, valve actuators, lights, and any water features, so nothing gets missed once the panel is buttoned up.
Programming comes next. We set separate pump speeds for filtration, cleaning, spa, and water features rather than running everything on one speed, since a fixed speed wastes electricity whether the pool needs full flow or not. Filtration run times get set longer through summer to keep up with chlorine demand in the heat, and shorter in winter when demand drops but pools here still get used. We calibrate the pH and ORP sensors against a manual test, since Phoenix water is hard enough that scale on a probe or cell will throw a reading off within a few weeks if it isn't checked. Then we pair the system to the app, set up alerts for pump faults, heater faults, and sensor drift, and walk you through running it yourself, schedules, manual overrides, and what an alert means before we leave.
Once it's set up, you check the app instead of walking out to the pad. You see pump status, heater status, and chemistry readings from your phone, and you get an alert if something stops working instead of finding out three days later when the water's gone green. Schedules adjust for the season automatically, longer filtration and heavier chlorine feed through summer, pulled back in winter, so you're not out there resetting a timer every few weeks.
Left alone, an automation system that's out of calibration or partly wired costs you every month it runs that way. A pump stuck on one speed instead of scheduled speeds burns more electricity than it needs to, all day, every day. A pH sensor that's drifted from scale gives you readings that look fine on the app while the water etches plaster or builds scale on the tile line. A heater that won't fire on schedule means someone has to catch it manually or the spa just doesn't heat when you want it. None of that shows up as a single expensive breakdown, it shows up as a slightly higher power bill and a slightly worse pool, month after month, until it's a bigger repair.
Call us to get a technician out to look at what's on your pad now, or book your first visit online and we'll tell you straight whether it needs a repair, a retrofit, or a full system.
